The Willoughby Residents Association needs a meeting place. Our first meeting was in the chair’s home but that is not a long-term solution.
We agreed at the first meeting to meeting February, May, September and November and we are aiming to keep that the third Tuesday of the each month for 2 hours max.
But we need a location.
At this point, as we are not charging membership fees, we have no bank account. So unless we can do a collection at each meeting, essentially any space needs to be donated.
If you know of space that can give us a meeting place for a couple of hours 4 times a year, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are more than happy to give credit at meetings, and mentions on brochures and in any publications.
We know that there must be some organizations that support community initiatives so if you are able to help, or point us in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
